Before you finalize everything, here are a few helpful tips.

 

Flights: (I can help you book your flights, if you wish.  One tip that I can give you, when booking your flight, try to stay away from the big airports that charge you a higher landing tax ie: Toronto's Pearson and Frankfurt in Germany.  This could save you hundreds of dollars, although sometimes it is impossible not to, if they have the best flights/times.

Although you may be able to get a better deal, depending on availability, seat-sales and timing. Feel free to ask me to do it for you. As you may know with airlines, the more web-traffic looking at flights anywhere, the higher the prices go up.  It is best to try to not look it up and for all of us to book together, usually using a travel agent. It is important on the escorted trip, that we all arrive on the same plane. 

 

Vaccinations/Health: This is the government link that you should visit Government Travel Site. We highly recommend contacting your local Travel Clinic for advice before travelling.

 

Visa: Once you have booked with us and have your flights booked, then we can apply online for your visa.  Although it is relatively easy, they do ask a lot of questions.  I would be happy to help you complete this, and I normally do. Safari: We can help you design your own safari (locations, types of lodges/tents, number of days) or you can simply join one of our amazing escorted ones. Once we have worked out all the details, we will quote you a price.  (Note that the price could get cheaper depending on numbers, the only time the price could go up a bit is if the Tanzanian Government raises the park entrance fees, however, this is not that often.) You will be required to put down a deposit of 20% and the remainder is due 30 days prior to the start of your safari.

Payment(s): Once you know what you need to pay (deposit and then the balance) you can transfer it to me or for the final balance, we can use your credit card. You also can use our secure PayPal account and finalize this dream!
